Problems installing recent update 15.7.3

Is anyone else having a problem doing any kind of an install where it shows it downloads is preparing to update but it never executed and how you can tell as you can go to your settings under general about and it still shows the old release and under software update still shows that there’s an update to install is anyone else having this problem I deleted 10 GB of data so it would have enough room, it uses 4 GB to try to do update, however it is never completed

Try again:

You need about 6 GB device storage and good Service & Wi-Fi.

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.

Charge the battery > 70%.

Apple Airpad 2 can’t install 15 7.3. Apple temporarily made more room for the download by moving unused apps to make room for the download. Repeatedly attempted to download the 15.7.3 but got a message that the download failed. Any ideas on how to get this 15.7.3 downloaded and installed
