External Microphone and External Headphone in Iphone 13 pro

I bought a connector (with mifi certified) for my iphone 13 pro. so i can record smule or starmaker or garageband karaoke with external microphone (boya) with External Headphone (Boya). As i connect both the Microphone voice it takes from iphone, not from external mic. if i connect only external microphone with lightning headphone jack it pics clear sound.

What might be the problem as i searched everywhere in google. Did'nt find the answer. Even once i had taken my mobile to Apple service Centre, They told me to drop the phone over there for checking. I didn't becuase there is no problem in my mobile. (Note the Connector is almost INR 4000/- not duplicate - sorry).

I am trying from long for the solution as i already passed warranty period a month ago..

Hi azimnainar,

To make sure we're on the same page, can you clarify the following?

What ports are on the connector you've purchased? Is it one from Apple directly?
Are you able to confirm if this in an issue with multiple adapters?
Is your iPhone fully updated? Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
Have you contacted Boya regarding the issue?

i bought Lightning to Microphone Audio Adapter, Upgraded 3 in 1 Dual 3.5mm Microphone Audio Jack and Charging Aux Headphone Splitter Adapter from Amazon UAE.

No it's not issue with multiple adapters. coz i tried from other adaptors too. if i connect mic with Apple Lightning to 3.5mm Headphone Jack Adapter it works fine. But i can't listen the music or karaoke..

I use to update the phone whenever new ios releases.. at present I am using 16.2

No I didn't connect Boya, Because even other external microphones are not working if i connect with 3 in 1 Dual 3.5mm Microphone Audio Jack and Charging Aux Headphone Splitter Adapter.
