Layout often doesn't work on iPhone

Whenever I use the iPhone and visit any site on it, the layout often gets messed up.When me open this site on my iphone, only then the issue of layout comes.Like that is winchinsider.com

When I opened the website you provided, there was a problem with its layout. I checked this website in my iPhone, but the website didn't open properly. This is a problem with this website, not your website.

You are right when I opened the second page of winchinsider of the same website it opened properly the problem was in the website itself and not in my iphone thanks.
