How to customize vibrations and notifications on my Apple Watch?

Hello, I have a question about the vibration settings of the apple watch.

My request is to set them so that nothing vibrates on me except the alarm and the call.

I managed to set it so that everything vibrates for me (messenger, Instagram, etc.), I don't want that because my hand keeps vibrating. Or turn off vibration, but then my calls don't vibrate.

The last option is to turn on vibrations and turn off Instagram, messenger, etc. notifications, but I don't want that. I want my calls and alarm to vibrate, messenger, Instagram to give notifications without vibration. Thanks for the help.

Hi Dabel708,

Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities! You can manage the Apple Watch Haptic Alerts

By following the steps below:

Change the audio and notification settings on your Apple Watch

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Scroll down and tap Sounds & Haptics.
3. Turn Haptic Alerts on or off.
Apple Watch showing the Sounds & Haptics screen in Settings

4. To add extra emphasis to haptic alerts, tap Prominent. This feature adds an additional haptic tap that pre-announces some of your other haptic alerts.
You can also change the settings for specific apps from your iPhone. On your iPhone, open the Apple Watch app, go to the My Watch tab, and tap Sounds & Haptics.

Hope this helps!

Have a great day.
