How to re pair my Apple Watch with my iPhone 13 Pro?

I unpaired my Apple Watch from my iPhone 13 Pro and turned off Siri when I was in Europe. When I came to India I could not change the time automatically to IST on my Apple Watch because it was not connected to my iPhone. However, I was able to move the clock manually forward by 59 minutes, but not further. What should I do to pair my watch again with my iPhone?

Apple Watch Series 6, watchOS 7

You should be able to erase the watch completely then set it up again. You may lose any data that was not sync'd like recent workouts

Put your watch on its charger and keep it there until you complete these steps. (select the watch OS version)

Erase Apple Watch – Apple Support (UK)

Or you can erase it in Find My or https://icloud.com/find .

Wait for the process to finish, then set up your Apple Watch again. Set up your Apple Watch – Apple Support (UK)

When asked, decide to restore from a backup or set up as new..

Erasing all content and settings erases all media, data, and settings from your Apple Watch, but it does not remove Activation Lock if it has one but in this case it is not a problem..
