Are you saying these were replaced, and that you never received the replacement? If so, contact Apple Support. Let them know that this was never received. Provide them with and info (i.e. Serial Number or Case Number) in regard to this replacement.

• Why the Wait?: It may take a while to get through to Apple Support. And that makes sense because many are at home at the moment working out of the house or taking classes at home (due to the Coronavirus Pandemic), thus giving them more time to contact Apple Support. I am assuming that you are asking about the Education Store offer from Apple, where you get a free Airpods when you purchase a Mac or iPad with the education discount. Unfortunately, if you purchased your iPad without the education discount at the first place, it is impossible to redeem the free Airpods afterwards.
