Since the update recently to 9.3 the always on will not work and pushing the Digital Crown isn’t always responsive. No issues prior, watch and iPhone 12 Pro on latest iOS. I have done a power reset, turned always on off and on again, hard reset of phone. Apple support to said to erase and unpaid my watch. Anyone else having similar issues?

Unpair and pair your watch again and restore from the backup just created. This should result in no loss of data. It deletes all temp and corrupted files and re-indexes the file system.

How is the backup created and how do you know backup the Apple Watch like iPhone? Thanks!
It will create a backup automatically during the process. There isn't a way to create one manually like there is for a phone backup.
