Can I transfer paid apps to another icloud account?

Does anyone know if I can transfer apps I paid for with my account to my sons account ? I will still be the one paying for apps, but I created a separate account for him on his iPad.

Apps are forever tied to the AppleID from which they are purchased. You can, however, selectively share purchased Apple Services, Subscriptions, Apps and Media using Apple’s Family Sharing features:
