If you are referring to an offer from Apple, then that offer has to be redeemed in the first 90 days. After that, it is no longer on offer. Read here about the conditions: Apple TV+ offer - Terms and conditions - Apple Read here if you have trouble redeeming: If you can't redeem your promotion for an Apple subscription - Apple Support ↳ Step 5 says to contact Apple if the prior steps didn’t bring a solution. They can assist. Apple’s offer is now for 3 months. Their year offer was long ago.
If you are referring to an offer from a partnering company, then redeem as they describe, with the terms and condition as they present.
