How can I turn t he screen on my watch back to where I can see what’s in the screen

Let me take a stab at this though!

I'm wondering if your watch is in Theater Mode?

Open the control center of your watch by sliding your finger up from the bottom of the screen.

Look for two masks. Are they highlighted? If so, click on them to turn off theater mode.

It is not really clear what you want to do.

Is the Watch set up?

What screen are you viewing when you want to "turn it back" and to what screen?
