Ipad Air 2 turns off randomly.

Recently, my IPad Air 2 likes to shut down with no warning and no buttons have been pushed. What could cause this problem?

Why does my iPad shut off constantly for no reason? Some days my iPad works with no issues whatsoever. Then there are the days like today where every two or three minutes the screen will go black and within the next 30 seconds the Apple icon will appear. It’s like I’m constantly restarting my iPad, but I’m not. It’s involuntary on my side.

How to fix iPad Pro Screen turning off randomly? I was gifted an ipad pro for christmas and it keeps randomly just turning off. I tried it figure it out if it was the camera being covered which is making it turn off or something but it isn’t. It isn’t shutting down or anything just turns the screen off and i have to keep unlocking it. occasionally when this happens, i click the top button to turn it on and the button just doesn’t work for a few seconds. i tried looking it up and it said could be a damaged battery but this is a brand new ipad so i’m confused on why it is playing up. Try the following steps-

1)Update your iPad to the latest OS.To update your iPad Go to Settings > General > Software Update.Tap Automatic Updates, then turn on Download iOS Updates. Turn on Install iOS Updates. Your device will automatically update to the latest version of iOS or iPadOS.

2)Reboot your iPad. To reboot your iPad Press and hold the top button and the Home button at the same time. When the Apple logo appears, release both buttons.

If the following steps doesn’t appear to work there might be a hardware issue.

To get the hardware issue fixed go to- Support.Apple.com
