We have a teen who has multiple devices. One of the devices (ipad) isnt at our house but is being used to check on things...can we remove an apple id from a device without the device? Can it be done from the family settings so she isnt involved?

Do, not sign in with a different Apple ID on a device you own, as you may lock the previous Apple ID out of the device for 90 days.
