How do I bypass iCloud lock on a MacBook Air laptop
i recently got my stolen laptop back from the cops and my laptop has a different iCloud on it and I can’t get into it now what do I do?

As long as you can produce legitimate proof that you are the owner (which must include the serial, IMEI or MEID number) you can request unlocking as detailed here: Activation Lock - Support. Note that the process will completely erase the device.
