Apple Watch Series 5 - oil got on it

I managed to get some cooking oil on my Series 5 watch. It's working perfectly, but the screen looks like it has little transparent splotches on it. In places it almost looks like it's peeling. I have had this watch less than two weeks and I am horrified. Any advice?
