Updating iOS on ipad

Is there a way to update my 10.3 iOS iPad to a 14.0?

If you're referring to an iPad 4, it's not capable of 11 or above.

If you're referring to a second or third generation iPad mini, or a first generation iPad Air, it's not capable of 13 or above.

Otherwise, use a computer or the Software Update function in Settings and install the version displayed. It's no longer possible to update to exactly 14.
