How to remove Cupertino as the main location?

With the Weather App open - and the Weather sidebar visible, you will see a list of City’s that have been configured.

From the open Weather sidebar, tap the ellipsis (“…”) button, then tap Edit List; a red “-“ button will appear next to each City in your list. To remove a City, tap the corresponding red “-“ button - then tap Done.
