Can’t add tickets from gmail to Apple wallet

There is no link to Apple wallet when I open my ticket pdf in gmail. I can’t send the tix to Apple wallet, is there a way to do this?

Only if the provider offers tickets for the wallet by link or download. It sounds like that is not the case for this provider

You are correct I found a list of subscribers and they are not on it, I thought any ticket in my email could be transferred there but it’s not possible. My previous phone was an Android and I could load pretty well anything in there, the tix are in photos and on file it should be OK there. Thank you for your reply 👍
