Accidentally deleted my fingerprint, and now I cannot add a new one for touch password.

Touch password was not working. I tried to add a new fingerprint, but I was unable to click on it for some reason. So I thought deleting my original one might allow me to re-add one. But now, the touch password is no longer appearing as an option at all.
