I bought 50 GB for 0.99 cents monthly, but you charge me 2.11 dollars in addition. What is the reason?

I didn’t charge you anything; this is a user-to-user technical support forum. The 99¢ is for iPhone storage and is the price in the US. Depending on your state sales tax may be added, but that will only add 5¢ to 10¢ more, so $2.11 US is not for storage. To see what it is for check your purchase history: Here is a one-stop link for billing questions→Subscriptions and Billing - Official Apple Support. You can review your purchase history to see what you were charged for, cancel subscriptions and request refunds.
