So I’m going into settings and going to my profile the going into ask to buy, so I turn it off, so when I go to buy an app it’s still asking “ask parent or guardian” can someone tell me why it’s doing this?

On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap Family Sharing.
4. Tap your family member's name, then tap Ask to Buy. In iOS 15 or earlier, tap Ask to Buy then tap your family member's name.
5. Turn on or off Require Purchase Approval.
If the device had Ask to Buy enabled from a parent or guardian in the Family Sharing group, they will need to use the above link's steps to turn it off for the device.
