Blood spots and Thinning Skin Under My Apple Watch - You Too?

My question dates back to the Apple watch burn issue, but mine is not the burns, I have blood spots occur under the watch on my Lft. arm and and it makes my skin very thin. It also causes spots up the arm now. I have an Apple watch 6 upgraded to a 7 and now I have put it on the Rt arm and it has started there too. Anyone else experienced this also? Is it the watch and it's prongs or is it the watch band? Will a newer model Apple

watch work for me?
