Is there a way to make the label larger when you have multiple SIMs and an incomming call comes in on one of the lines? For example, the "W" for my work like is so small its hard to see that its a business call comming in rather than a personal call "P"

You should be able to adjust your display to a larger size that will work best for you.
Take a look at this link and the steps below. There are even more options for adjusting in the article itself.
Use display accommodations
1: Go to Settings> Accessibility > Display & Text Size.
2: Adjust any of the following:
• Bold Text: Display the text in boldface characters.
• Larger Text: Turn on Larger Accessibility Sizes, then adjust the text size using the Font Size slider.
This setting adjusts to your preferred text size in apps that support Dynamic Type, such as Settings, Calendar, Contacts, Mail, Messages, and Notes.
