iCloud email account deleted

My wife answered the attached email saying her iCloud storage was full. Since then it seems her email ID has been deleted from the system. She can no longer send emails. I've also attached the error screens she gets. I've tried everything I can think of to restore her ability to send emails to no avail. Can someone please help me fix this?

If you Control click on an appropriate in box—see Account Information




If necessary delete or move mail to On My Mac


Note—

IMAP accounts stay on the server, so no local loss, when you re-sync

POP accounts download and remove from the server—therefor save your inbox/sent box if you want them

On My Mac" is just that, local folders you created and moved mail into. So no loss



Mailbox size and message sending limits in iCloud


If iCloud Mail isn't working - Apple Support


If you can't send emails in Mail on Mac - Apple Support


If no insight see:


—if you are using Hide My email—try disabling this feature if no resolve and compare your results...

Set up and use Hide My Email in iCloud+ on all your devices - Apple Support

—if you are using iCloud Private Relay on Mac - Apple Support try disabling this feature if no resolve and compare your results...

Use iCloud Private Relay on Mac - Apple Support




Other possiblities—

Open mail app select Mail>Settings>Privacy disable:

“Protect Mail Activity”

“Hide IP address”

“Block all remote content”


compare your results and report back.
