How can i install and receive my Whatsapp messages on my apple watch

You cannot. WhatsApp doesn't have an app for the Watch. You can, however, get notifications for it on your watch. On your phone, go to the Watch app. Go to Notifications and make sure that it's turned on for WhatsApp.
