If it’s running 12.5 it is not a 6s. It is a 6 or a 6 plus.

Use a computer or the Software Update function in Settings.

If your unit is on 12.4.2 through 12.5.7, it isn't an iPhone 6s or capable of 13 or above.

An iPhone 6s can be updated to 15.7.3, but won't be on those versions of 12.
