Apple Music will not play albums in order. On my iPhone 7, the shuffle button does not turn red when tapped. It is white--which is supposed to indicate that shuffle is off. But albums shuffle songs anyway, and jump around when I choose to skip a song manually. Today, before playing the complete album (while shuffling against my will) Apple Music took me unprompted to an entirely different album. What is going on?

Are you an Apple Music or iTunes Match subscriber? When playing songs, are they being streamed or are they downloaded directly to your iPhone?
