Music Docs & Data Eating Watch Storage

Just recently my Apple Watch started showing a warning that I am out of memory on the watch. I don't download music or pictures onto the device. I located the issue as Music Documents & Data which is eating up approx 140MB - which is most of the storage on the device.

Any thoughts on how to remove this or what to do about it. Every time I get a legit notification I get the storage warning, which doesn't go away until I clear it. Its there so often now I can't actually use the watch to tell time anymore...
