IOS 16.3 update on Apple TV and HomePods

I have not been able to update to latest iOS on Apple TV and HomePod, do we have any answers from apple?

Same here. I’ve tried resetting and putting factory settings back. Nothing has seemed to work so far.

HomePod iOS 16.2? I am trying to update my HomeKit architecture to the new version that comes with iOS 16.2 but my HomePod is still stuck on 16.1. No updates yet - or betas. What am I missing?
