Hey tanzy208,

If you recently noticed this issue and you haven't restarted the iPhone restart it. A simple restart may resolve the issue. To restart, follow the steps below or in this article: Restart your iPhone.

1. Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears.
2. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restart your device.
3. To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo.

If restarting doesn't help, make sure the iPhone software is up-to-date. Updates may include fixes, security updates, and/or new features. If you need information on backing up and updating to the latest version, click here: Update your iPhone or iPad. The latest version is iOS 16.3.

If the issue continues, check to see if issue is only occurring with one contact. Have them place a call while you're available to see if the call is received.

If it's multiple contacts, uninstall FaceTime and reinstall by going through the steps here: Delete built-in Apple apps from the Home Screen on your iOS 14 or later or iPadOS device or Apple Watch.

Hope this helps.
