Green Screen after updating iPhone 13 pro

While you may need to contact Apple Support for further help regarding what's happening, and possibly review your service options, we'd like to first rule out some possible causes:

1. You mentioned that the screen is green, but if it's only a solid green color with you not being able to make out any app icons, then the next step would be to try a force restart: Force restart iPhone If you can still make out the app icons on the screen, we instead recommend a regular restart: Restart your iPhone
2. If there's any kind of covering on the screen, we recommend removing it to test for the same issue afterwards.
3. We also recommend disconnecting anything that's connected to your iPhone, then testing for the same issue to rule that out as well.
