My airpods do bor show up on my ”find my” app

I can not see my AirPods in the app.

Did you use a different Apple ID to set up your new AirPods Pro?

In that case, your AirPods might still have the Activation Lock enabled. Since you can't see them in "Find my", you can't remove them to pair them again with your Apple ID.

You should contact the official Apple Support and ask them to look into that.

Be prepared to have documents ready, that prove your ownership and check your serial number as well:
