mail server certificate renewal breaks accounts

My mail provider renews their certificates every 3 months with letsencrypt. Every time they do, Mail (iOS 15.7) complains that the identity can't be verified and I can't find any way to trust the new certificate without deleting all of my accounts and recreating them, which is a real pain to have to do four times a year. This also happens with Mail.app on my Mac, but at least on there I can force trust of the new certificate. Is there a way to do that on the iPhone?

I don’t mean for this to sound as back as it undoubtedly will, but what kind of Mickey Mouse email provider are you using that changes their certificate every 3 months and isn’t using a trusted certificate authority?
