did you move the sim card or re entered the eSim card into the new phone?
14 pro max does not have physical sim option.
I have been on call to Verizon for hours with no solution. 3 new phones later and still not solved. All other previous iPhones activated immediately. The other 14 Pro Max upgrade on separate line activated immediately.
