Prevent show suggestions on Home Screen from Prime Video, Netflix, etc.

How do I prevent shows from Netflix, Prime Video, etc. from showing up on the home screen? I have parental controls and all restrictions in place but when Prime Video is selected we get to see non-age-appropriate non-parentally-controlled-compliant shows at the very top of the screen. At least with Netflix I can get around this by leaving the kids account always selected, we see kids shows as suggestions, but Prime ignores the whole thing.

Solution: Remove all show suggestions altogether. HOW?

The ‘Top Shelf’ area above the tiles on the Home Screen can show content from the highlighted app in the first row. Move the apps for which you do not wish to see this, to the second row of tiles on the Home Screen.

What content is shown in the Top Shelf is up to each app. That can be generic or personalized, and for some apps even configurable (switching between presets) [Apple TV app].

When a folder of apps is in the first row, then a scrollable generic banner will be visible.
