How do I merge two user accounts into one?

We've had iMacs for 15 years, and somewhere along the way during a new Mac setup, I've managed to both migrate the old User account and create a new User account - both accounts have significant files, photos, music data against them. I'd like to combine into two User accounts without losing the data - how can I do that? Thank you!
