Notifications constant on new iOS

I am getting notifications constantly-- they are "Background Items Added" notifications and they are for "CleanMyMac X," "Google Updater," and "Brother Industries, LTD."

I have turned off all notifications and tried uninstalling with no luck.

I've seen a lot of comments with same question but not a lot of clear answers or support.

Help appreciated!

Thanks!
