Apple Watch does not load pre installed apps correctly

My series 8 watch does not show all pre installed apps on the watch. I did a reset. I unpaired it. Still the same. It showed all the apps before, but I was not able to make calls from the watch. That was the reason why I initially reset it. But now most of the apps are not there anymore. What should I do?

Open the Watch App on your iPhone. Tap My Watch. Scan down to installed on this watch and below you'll see Available Apps. Tap any not installed you want to install it.
