find my

Find My app only works on wifi. It doesn’t work with cellular data. Got “cannot connect to servers” error when the app is opened on cellular data. I checked the settings, location service and cellular data are turned on for the app. Restart the phone doesn’t help either.

iOS version is 16.2

iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 16

Do you use a VPN app by any chance? If yes, then either delete it or turn VPN OFF.

No guarantees, but it would not hurt to update to iOS 16.3
