When I plug in my Magsafe charger onto back of iphone case no charge symbol is displayed and the phone does not charge. The iphone does charge with a regular USB-c charger plugged into bottom of phone. Is there a quick fix or do I need a new charger?

Do you have a case on your phone? If so, it works best with the Apple branded cases. Try it without the case.

Yes I have case. I cleaned case too ... Wondering if it has anything to do with magnetics? Like if the case was next to my kids magna tiles would that "de-charge" it...? Not sure guess I just have to buy a new one...
