Apple Books from Pages is only for digital Ebooks and one canNOT easily turn it into a paperback, right?

Apple does not provide any service to convert electronic documents into bound books. As an example, look at the document inputs and pricing that Lulu expects to produce those physical books. Pages may not be the right tool for the document source.
