Service Battery

My 2019 Macbook Pro battery say "Service Battery". I just noticed it today. Does it need to be replaced and about how much longer will it last?

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 10.14

If you get a service message for your battery it is best to get it serviced, Contact - Official Apple Support to set up service for your device
