How do I add a list app to the i watch complications

What is a list app?
Each Apple Watch Face has complications, which can be added. If the one you want is an available option for that watch face, it will show in the options for the specific face. If what you want isn't an available option for that watch face, you can't add it.

Personally, I find adjusting watch faces and their complications easier to do using the Watch App on my iPhone. Choose Faces. Choose the face you want. Add the complications and colors you prefer. Tap Add and it will be added to your watch faces on your Apple Watch.
