Hacker in my Apple ID account

how can i get rid of a hacker thats in my account??

Someone help, my iphone is a 7. iphone7, or direct me to somebody who can help.

The hacker has maliciously attacked myself, even my children, constantly changing settings nonstop, turns off my ringer. This has went on over 3 months. Someone please help
