App Store icon disappeared from new Watch 7

Earlier there was App Store on the watch and I could download apps from there. Also I could sync apps from iPhone with apps from watch(automatically download). But now I can’t sync aops and see App Store icon on the watch.

Somewhere I read that force restarting and unpairing could help me, but not at all. Now on my iWatch I have only proprietary apps and none that I can’t delete from watch

iPhone, Settings, Screen Time, Content & Privacy restrictions, iTunes & App Store purchases, Installing and Deleting apps must be on (Green)
