Purchased album reports as not in icloud music in itunes
I have an album, purchased in the Itunes store, that is marked purchased in the store, however, Itunes says it is not in my Icloud music when I try to add it to a playlist

If an item shows as purchased in the store that indicates it has been hidden. The other options are play for purchases or the price for anything else. See Hide and unhide music, movies, TV shows, audiobooks, and books - Apple Support.
