This has happened before and somehow I corrected it but it is back now and I can not find any relevant information on how to solve it.
I see someone recommending turning off Hand-Off but that does not help. This is very annoying Apple! When I press speaker phone it should just swith to speaker phone, i do not want to have to take the added step of selecing from a list!
Anyone know a solution to this?

There is no real solution. Its by design. You cannot prevent other devices from showing up as that would defeat the purpose of the option entirely.
The option is not just speaker phone, its to select the audio output in general, so it will show every available option and any device nearby and paired over bluetooth that can receive the audio.
Just choose the one you want, in this case speaker.
If you are not near any other devices, then they won't appear.

That is strange, I had this before then it went away now it is back, and showing devices that do not even have a microphone. This is incredibly annoying to me.
Now to select a speaker something I do with every call there is a delay and then I have to select the option, very bad implementation of this feature! Should have a Bluetooth button separate from the speaker button or have a setting to turn this option off.
I honestly can not believe people use this so much that it warrants this added step just to use the speaker phone.
