Stolen Phone

My phone has been stolen and it has my Debit Card ID as well as my cashappcard. The person has been able to open my phone and post vulgar videos and pictures of me. I want to lock the phone but also wanted to know how i can lock my iCloud untill phone is found or i get a new one. My Apple ID email has changed and i dont have my phone for verification
