Shortcuts not showing up on Apple Watch S7 from iPhone 11

While you can program shortcuts on your iPhone, I don't believe all of them can be run from Apple Watch, like they can be from iPhone. Perhaps a limitation of WatchOS.

Those are your options. To expect all shortcuts you may use on your iPhone to also run on your Apple Watch however, is not very likely.

What I think you are saying is:

"My apps from my IPhone 11 aren't showing up on my watch series 7..."

If so, my answer is this:

Not all of the apps on your phone are available as an app on your watch.

To see what apps are on your watch and what apps are available to be installed on your watch, go here:

From your phone, open the My Watch app. Scroll down the screen and you'll reach the list of "Installed on Apple Watch". This group shows 3rd Party apps that are currently installed on your watch.

Scroll down a touch more and you might see a list called "Available Apps". This is a list of 3rd Party apps that have a watch app available.

Not all phone apps found in the app store, have watch apps.

I believe that the things you are seeing that are turned on is actually coming from a list of things that you want your watch to mirror your iPhone.

Hopefully I've explained this well enough to understand. I know that I have tried :-)

The thing is, the icons on your Apple Watch aren't shortcuts like shortcuts on a desktop computer monitor, they are app icons.

If there is an app installed on your watch, there will also be a icon to open it.
