cannot empty trash on macOS monterey

Error message is as follows :

What I did but without success :

  1. tried to empty trash
  2. booted in safe mode & tried to empty trash
  3. Terminal command :
sudo rm –R
with a space after letter R

macOS tells me rightly that the files i want do delete don't exist anymore.

Problem : those non-existing files are in my Trash and I cannot empty it.

Any suggestion?

Thank you very much for your attention.
