Apple ID compromised. Unable to change password

Apple ID got hacked. Cannot sign out from iphone as “Find My” is on. Tried to change password but the recovery cell phone number was changed. Tried factory reset but still nothing works.

Apple ID has been hacked I think that someone has hacked my Apple ID account on my iPhone (XS Max). I changed the Apple ID password from my Mac but I still don't have any access to my iPhone. It is locked and I can't unlock it. Even when I turn on the lock screen its starts pressing stuff on its own (ex passcode, emergency calls, medical ID etc). And when I tried to turn it off, it doesn't let me swipe right to power it off. Also, my Mac works well so far. I really don't know what else to do. If anyone has any other suggestions please let me know.

Change Apple ID and password on all devices I believe I may have been hacked on my Apple ID. Have received notices of someone trying to access, and no I can not access. Also can't change my ID because it does not acknowledge my past ID and password. Help? Have a MacBook Pro, watch and newest iPhone.

How do I recover my compromised Apple Account? My Apple ID account was hacked and my phone number was changed for verification when I asked to change my password. I also can't find Apple Support to talk to a representative. Security tips and articles on how to protect your account don't help. I need to know how to recover my account without using the phone number that was changed by the hacker. What should I do? Thank you [Re-Titled by Moderator]
